[Talk-us-massachusetts] landuse=reservoir_watershed

I need some guidance on the landuse=reservoir_watershed tag.

It's used 2,803 times Massachusetts, nowhere else in the world,does not
render and there is no wiki page.

I'm currently cleaning up Barre and the place is littered with 185 of them
and most do not match the Mass GIS L3 overlay.

Many of these polygons are separated by the width of a road causing a
visual mess.

I think new mappers would be discourage when they encounter this spider web
of lines in western MA.

In areas where we have active mappers I see that some polygons have been
re-aligned and additional tags added like leisure=recreation.

I think we should delete them all if they do not have some other tag like
leisure=recreation.

If some time in the future the rest of the world adopts the tag we could
re-import the data.

Meanwhile I have to think of a JOSM filter that will hide these polygons
that have "only" the landuse=reservoir_watershed tag.

What do you think?
