I was mostly thinking about cases of tags that were mistranslated during
the import. Sure, we could try to try match OSM objects to fresh MassGIS
data instead of looking at the existing massgis: tags, but that sounds
orders of magnitude more difficult. And this is not necessarily just for
roads, but areas (natural, landuse etc) as well.
Admittedly, I don't have any good examples of such issues to be fixed,
so it's possible that I'm just being unnecessarily cautious.
