This tag is used 29,567 times in (guess where) Massachusetts according to
taginfo

It points to a non-existent website.
It was created by the import many years ago.
I'm planning on deleting it from every object I edit.
Does anyone disagree?
Could anyone do it automatically?


After that let's go after attribution="Office of Geographic and
Environmental Information (MassGIS)" which is used on 2,978,736 highway
nodes. And there's no need for an attribution at all.
