I've got the gdb-file with MassGIS statewide address points using the
request form:
https://www.mass.gov/forms/massgis-request-statewide-address-points-data
For some reason they ask not to share the link to it (probably, for the
sake of collecting statistics on who and how uses these data).

I'll shortly set a git-hub page up and share it here.

As well as Angela, I'm relatively new to both git, Python and GIS-tools
(PostGIS, GDAL, etc.), so, my apologies for possible delays and thanks a
lot for all comments on which tools to use!
