We are going to have to make it available to the rest of the OSM
community, and the CC-BY gives us permission to do so :)   So I suppose
we should discuss with them somehow.  I'll follow up with you offlist.

We have been talking about this for 5 years.  So if we are making
progress and get it done in 6 months, that's awesome.  With a bunch of
us working together, I think it's quite doable.
