None of those were in the set of points provided by Yury as really
really not matching osm.

Reading that list, the street names are all familiar.  Most of the
addresses are not familiar (but they are likely just houses or
somethihng that used to me, so they wouldn't be).

But, 117 Great Road is a real address, of the shopping center in Lower
Village.  It shows up that way in the L3 Parcels layer Jason made.

Picking on 90-92 Packard for no apparent reason, there is a lot labeled
90-92 on L3, and there are (DG sez) two structures there, of which one
is clearly a house and the other probably a garage.  So maybe they mean
that from the L3 db, the value 90-92 is suspect and they came up with 92
for the address point.  Really hard to say.

Picking on 341 Sudbury, again semi-randomly, there is a 339 and a 343 on
L3, but no 341 lot (as of then).

So I think they had some things that maybe existed, and they decided
they didn't, and so far they don't look really confused.
