Yuri's new point files by town are terrific. Especially if you're looking
at an area that has already been tagged with addresses.
I downloaded the 5 MIDDLESEX,CONCORD files from
https://mega.nz/#F!79Ny3KKL!JemAt7yZKSUctrza8QU4Tg!Gk8zRaTY
The specific files are shown here
https://photos.app.goo.gl/ZedGJyuNW7Tr3msT9 (all the files are necessary
for the data to show up in JOSM)
Opened the .shp file in JOSM (requires the opendata plug-in)
Next I opened a data layer and set the background imagery to "mapbox
satellite".
Zooming in on a set of nodes looks like this

One of the paid Mapbox folks
<https://www.openstreetmap.org/user/bhavana%20naga> had already added the
new residential road. I used the "building tool" to add building and copied
the addresses from Yuri's data.
There were 404 address points.
50+ were new buildings not yet in OSM
253 in a condo complex where buildings had been mapped but not units.
36 were in a private boarding school where there is a road name problem.
65 are point addresses in the middle of conservation land or buildings that
do not show up in the imagery
Warning! Working with several data layers is tricky. If you accidentally
have Yuri's data layer selected when you do a an upload, all of his data
could be imported into OSM. There is a "warning" that appears on the update
screen, I wish there was a way a layer could be set to never upload. It
hasn't happened to me yet but I don't want to have to learn how to revert
an upload.
