Since OSM has thousands of addresses already, it will also be
interesting to compare the MAD contents with the tags on the building
that the MAD tags would be attached too, as well as any other object
with matching address tags.   I should have added

  address is not already in OSM, and
  matching building does not already have an address

to the what-can-be-imported logic

(modulo that adding addr: subtags that don't conflict when those that
exist in both match sounds good)
