There's a small number of tags in the long kill list that look like
they might have once encoded useful information. One hopes we've
already harvested any good bits,  but we should make sure we've
captured any such before removing the following -

alternate / historical names

massgis:OldName 10
massgis:NAME01 5
massgis:UPDATE_ 5

Access types

massgis:ADA_ACCESS 5
massgis:BIKING 5
massgis:EQUESTRIAN 5
massgis:ATV 5

Surface

Why only 5 of these? Are these the rare dirt roads in "The Grove"
enclave within the city of Boston?

Otherwise i agree with above comments.  DEP codes are indeed among the
things to preserve.
