+1 for removing most (or all) MassGIS tags, as well as the corresponding 
attribution and source tags. Should we ever need them again they will be 
in the history dumps.

I don't have a keep list either, but I suppose Jason's makes sense.

For the alt names and access tags that Bill mentions, are those accurate 
at all (and not already moved to other tags)? If so, I guess we could 
keep them. Either way, looks like there isn't a huge number.
