Is any of this tags on Jason's list? None of tags seems to be an usable
ref - all seems to be internal keys that are useless for public (like
massgis:way_id )

I am not sure whatever any represents DEP site numbers.

I started checking values of keys in Jason's list to avoid
deleting something potentially valuable (for example, maybe
massgis:SURFACE is usable and should be retagged to surface value).
