Hi,

We have around 3,300 conservation/open space parcels in OSM tagged with
access=restricted

It came in via the big open space MassGIS import.

I am working on the trail map for mass-trails.org, and I need to decided if
the trails that don't have an access tag, but are on a parcel with
access=restricted should be rendered as permissive or private.

About 1/2 of the access=restricted are in MA from the import.

Does anybody have any idea what "access=restricted" means?
