It would be nice if somebody who has dealt with them before could do
this and get the response published.  When asking in regular email, I
think it's important to make sure they realize that their reply will be
really published (even though state law says their email is a public
record anyway unless it's exempt for some reason).

But, I think it's pretty clear they are ok with this conceptually, which
isn't good enough for actually importing, but it may be enough for
people to feel ok spending time on it.

If someone really takes the time to understand what's there, and write
out what the options are in terms of conflation, and start to write
code, we can then talk about which path we want to take as a group.  It
may be that the entry-door level data is actually available too.

Boston - I'm really not clear on where that's going to land licensing
wise.
