I was enthusiastic after reading that there could be data similar to Google
Streetview on OSM.  When I read about the dash cam, I immediately
questioned the usability.  Not capturing the side views renders the images
not very useful.  I just picked a random place where openstreetcam is
available (in Manhattan) and sure enough, you can see the limitations.  You
cannot see any details of the street scape (can you name a single business
or see the buildings?) only the roadway.  If the camera is not positioned
right, the data is not helpful at all.  The dirt on the windshield
interferes with the imagery.  Night time capture should be rejected.
