[Talk-us-massachusetts] CR/PRD labeled green spaces

Using Andy's link I opened the "MassGIS Data: Protected and Recreational
OpenSpace" shapefile in a new layer in JOSM.
The MassGIS attribute tags are(These are all defined at the bottom of

So my take is that the name is wrong, the location is not accurate and the
public access code L makes it open to "membership only"

N - No (not open to public)
L - Limited (membership only)
X - Unknown
