[Talk-us-massachusetts] Massachusetts Turnpike: highway=toll_gantry instead of barrier=toll_booth

As far as I know, highway=toll_gantry are not rendered on osm.org now and
I'm not sure about osmand. But it looks like this tag (including a
corresponding icon for it) has been just recently approved (
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_Features/Toll_Gantry), so, I
think, we may see them rendered in the future.
Couple of toll_gantries (near Lee and West Stockbridge) are at the same
location where toll_booths used to be, but, true, in general locations do
not coincide.
