[Talk-us-massachusetts] l3 parcels layer in josm gone?

(I know I'm behind in corresponding with a few of you.  I have been
doing things other than OSM mostly, and noticed some mapbox damage while
driving (non-locals removing landuse=conservation in what smells like
automated edits), and tried to repair it.)

In josm, the massgis l3 parcels layer seems to have gone missing.  Does
anybody know what's up?
