I'm wondering about all the landuse=reservoir polygons imported by cschmitd
in 2009 and later changed to landuse=water the landuse=reservoir_watershed
by GabeH  in 2010.
Most of them do not match the MassGIS L3 layer. You can guess where they
are suppose to be by the general geometry but redrawing them takes a lot of
time.
They often cover houses and roads. Fortunately, they are not yet rendered.

I'd like to propose they be inspected and deleted after review.
I think the ones that have never been edited could be deleted without
