These are from the open space layer, and were supposed to be reservoir
protection areas, which I guess these days is boundary=protected_area
protect_class=some-crazy-numeric-constant :-)

Are they close, like the usual open space stuff, or much less? There
are certainly areas that are around reservoirs that are posted no
trespassing and I wonder if what you are finding feels like it is
intended to be this, or if it seems totally crazy.

Would you be willing to look at the current open space layer, or
wherever massgis has this sort of data now? If you can find the layer
with the class of objects, and some are gone, it certainly makes sense
to remove them.
