[Talk-us-massachusetts] reservoir_watershed changes since 2009 import

data edit by MassGIS since the import, white lines have not been edited.



[I downloaded the MassGIS openspace data with the code PRIM_PURP=W (Water
Supply Protection), then selected the data edited since the 2009 import,
ATT_DATE (date of last attribute edit)  >2010-01-01]

I agree with Wayne and Greg that we should not delete work edited by users.
I'd like to delete all the rest plus my own 95 polygons (4673 nodes)

Remember, were the only place in the world where this data has been
imported and no wiki page describes  the purpose.

Importing this data is something akin to importing all the tax parcels from
the MassGIS L3 layer and labelling by their zoning designation.
