[Talk-us-massachusetts] Adding McKinstry Brook

Hello everyone! I'm definitely an "armchair mapper" here, just trying to
make maps in my general area a bit more accurate. (I'm mainly hoping
that since the big mappers often get data from OSM, that if I fix the
problems there eventually other maps won't be as likely to have my road
in the wrong spot and stuff like that.)

But, I thought I'd work on adding McKinstry Brook, which goes through my
property. I tried tracing it from some combination of the USGS
Topographic Map and the MassGIS 2019 Orthos (though some places it's
pretty hard to see exactly where the stream is through the trees).

So first, here's my changeset and I'd like some level of review that I
didn't screw something up terribly:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/96205699

Secondly, after I did this I started looking at info on the McKinstry
Brook Wildlife Management Area (to see if I might be able to improve
that some too), I went to this page on the state's site
<https://www.mass.gov/info-details/list-of-wildlife-management-areas-by-district#central-district->
and clicked on the "go to map" for "Mckinstry Brook WMA". This takes me
to some sort of MassWildlife GIS map
<https://mass-eoeea.maps.arcgis.com/apps/webappviewer/index.html?id=3a7c475cb6d54578ba8c7149d885ad30&find=MCKINSTRY%20BROOK%20WMA>,
which seems to already have McKinstry brook on it. So, I'm wondering if
the data from that map is public-domain and could be used, and if so if
there's some way to import the location of the brook (and if so, if it
might be more accurate than what I tried to do tracing from imagery).

Thanks,
