[Talk-us-massachusetts] well, so much for the Lynn Woods effort

Hi,
There was a duplicate relation for the Lynn Woods Reservation, so I removed
the newer one and corrected the tagging on the older one. To be clear,
that's a boundary, not land cover. The land cover has not yet been mapped
(other than the water bodies, some wetland areas, and a few bare_rock areas
that I added. I would encourage you to go in and map the wooded land cover
as well (but don't add this tagging to the boundary).
I'm sorry these explanations aren't clear, and I'm happy to answer
questions.
In short:
- Boundaries are tagged as boundaries
- Land cover is tagged as land cover for the actual parts of land covered
by the type of land cover
- Multipolygon relations are composed of inner and outer ways, and no other
types
