Sure.  After concluding that OSM is correct this minute, I don't intend
to chagne anything unless they actually re-designate and change signs.
I am on 290 often enough, and live close enough that it would be big
news.  So there's no real need for you to go out of your way to check
signs.  I'll be looking harder at mile marker signs now that I'm
sensitized.

(I do not consider the 395 MM signs to be meaningful w.r.t. a name/ref
for OSM.)
