Which barring a statement of intent from MassDOT is the best we can do.

I don't think anything about this would ever sound ^right^
(until/unless both were renumbered i-695).

(I forget, does MUTCD have a i-700 class for a "none of the above" that's a
demi-bypass quasi-spur?)

(In the spirit of mapping the actual signage, we should detour onto 290
even if not on our optimal route periodically to see what's there and when
it changes.)
