https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/141395663
was last updated 2 months ago, which added surface=paved.

It still carries MassDOT import's Tags:

attribution= Office of Geographic and Environmental Information (MassGIS)
bridge= yes
condition= fair
highway= tertiary
lanes= 2
layer= 1
massgis:way_id= 204695
name= River Street
source= massgis_import_v0.1_20071008193615
surface= paved
width= 13.4

including *condition=fair* which has obviously been overtaken by events.
MASSGIS values below fair are *deficient*, and *intolerable* (per
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:condition).

When marking this bridge closed temporariIy for repairs , should we *delete*
the out of date official condition, a tag that is largely peculiar to
MassGIS imports, or should we interpolate *intolerable*, presuming that
value from being closed immediately upon inspection? Or can we find
official source for current intolerable rating, explocit or implied?

I may need to scroll back to see what Tags we used to mark Sarah Mildred
Long Interstate Bridge closed for repairs. (Which bridge name is
potentially confusing because the ME-NH Interstate Bridge Commission
antedates Ike's Interstate Highway System, so it keeps the name despite i95
being rerouted over the ^new^ bridge, 4+ decades back.)
