[Talk-us-massachusetts] Fells

The Middlesex Fells has a lot of its trail intersections numbered, with
a fairly elaborate system.  None of these appear to be in OSM.  Would it be
reasonable to start adding them?  I could make a nice little project out of
it; the latest DCR map seems to have a fairly complete picture of things
as a reference.

I've done this to a couple of other parks already..
