I'm really glad you noticed that. It makes sense, with the cells being
half the size...

I intend to add these to ELI, but it will likely take me a week or two.
With imagery, we have tended to just add them and have them labeled by
years. Previous imagery is useful because angle of view etc. is often
different and one can sometimes tease out more info by also looking at
2019. In this case, though, I don't find the older LIDAR useful for
mapping, given that the new data is so much better resolution.
So, I think I am heading, following Peter's lead on the wiki edits which
I interpret as labeling the current layers just LIDAR, and the old one
legacy, to having only the current ones in ELI, as too many choices are
confusing and I can only see a few people wanting to look at the old
layer now. Plus, ELI has a "current only not for history" norm.
If you disagree please speak up - my intent is not solidified at all and
I'm happy to hear opposing views.
