I hear it's closed.

However, I looked at the map

and it looks broken.   While I haven't looked in the last few weeks, I
would be stunned if the giant fences are gone already.  It looks like
there used to be a way around it that was both fence and prison and that
got deleted.   I would suggest that the guard towers remain  as long as
they physically are there, of course.

I am writing here as I suspect one of you is in the mood to dig into
this; I don't have cycles today.
