Local news report that the prison is no longer operating as of earlier this month: https://www.wgbh.org/news/local/2024-07-18/mci-concord-closes-after-nearly-150-years

I haven't been past since then, but I agree that it's unlikely that there is now free public access to the grounds, as the map currently suggests.

This should probably be tagged as a disused prison, not a generic historic site.
