account has the Spring 2023 aerial imagery up, and I've got it working

Thank you Pete for heads-up and usable links.

Took me longer than i want to admit to realize that Spring 2023 is a year
ago, so the speed-humps (UK "sleeping policemen") laid down in new
Neighborhood 20MPH zones last autumn will not appear until Spring 2024
imagery is available in spring 2025. :-/   I might just have to go GPS map
each speed hump and then find what traffic calming tags we're using.

Comparing 2021 to 2023 blink-comparator style, i noticed neew building in
myh neighborhood that I'd neglected to update.
