My experience has been that the Tiger data is pretty accurate for older
roads. Newer housing developments are often wildly, massively wrong in
the Tiger data. The Yahoo images are pretty darn good. Usually within
the margin of error for my GPS.
If I had to pick between the two, I'd say the Yahoo! stuff is more
correct than TIGER, especially for newer roads.
