If you find me the ID number of your county on the Census website (the FTP
link given in a previous email) I'll unzip that and put it on the WMS with
the one I have up now. I'll also change the color to red and give you the
WMS string to use in JOSM... Do you have Yahoo working in JOSM already as
well?
