if you get gis data from the county, perfect!
otherwise use your best guess from gps, yahoo, your knowledge and add  
a note about the source and accuracy other users or a later import of  
precise data from county data can decide which one is better and  
improve it
if you the data is too vague a node is still better than nothing.
