0.5m resolution WMS data is now available for all of Oregon without
dealing with mangling Yahoo tiles or inconveniently placed watermarks,
all from a nice, fast wms server provided by University of Oregon and
Oregon Geospatial Enterprise Office. Here's the license info

http://www.oregonexplorer.info/Disclaimer/DataDisclaimer.aspx?Res=16195

And, if you use JOSM, you can access this data now by creating a new WMS
source with the name "Oregon 2005 0.5m Orthoimagery" and a WMS URL of
"http://wms.oregonexplorer.info/ImageX/ecw_wms.dll?REQUEST=GetMap&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&LAYERS=2005ORTHOIMAGERY.ECW&STYLES=&FORMAT=image/jpeg&BGCOLOR=0xFFFFFF&TRANSPARENT=TRUE&SRS=EPSG:4326&"

Enjoy!
