[Talk-us] Bulk upload from sql server 2008 (via shapefile?)

I would think there is probably an easier route from SQL Server 2008 to OSM,
but it would be more initial work. It is relatively easy to get XML out of
SQL Server it would just be a matter of massaging it into the OSM format.
Does anyone think this would be particularly useful though since there is a
lot more experience going from SHP to OSM?
