Have signs changed recently? On the photos on 
http://www.interstate-guide.com/i-082.html I see Kennewick signed on the 
exit from I-84 westbound and on a mileage sign on I-82 westbound, but 
nothing for Tri-Cities. Similarly, signs in Yakima say Richland:
