it seems to understand all the others. oh well.

in the US, it's actually the case that in some jurisdictions you may see 
very odd speeds,
e.g. there's a road i know of in Durham NC where the local community 
group got the
limit set to 27mph. the authors of the visualizers need to be aware of 
this and code
ranges rather than specific values.
