Thankfully, not anymore.  

This had happened at one point here

In the former, the garden was sharing boundaries with the streets.  In the latter, the college was connected to the street.  The editors then have trouble telling which way you're referring to.  So, for example, if an alley is added, it might connect to the college boundary but not to the street.
