Hi,

Someone mentioned this earlier, but LA looks to be in big, big trouble
for the license changeover. It's still not 100% clear what will be
removed in the end, but from the discussions I gather that it's at
least clearer. So I invite you all to spend any mapping time you can
spare on LA.

Other places that could really use some remapping love:

Austin: http://cleanmap.poole.ch/?zoom=11&lat=30.30273&lon=-97.70969&layers=00B
Columbia: http://cleanmap.poole.ch/?zoom=11&lat=34.01233&lon=-81.07776&layers=00B
Queens NY http://cleanmap.poole.ch/?zoom=12&lat=40.75552&lon=-73.85357&layers=00B
New Haven CT, http://cleanmap.poole.ch/?zoom=13&lat=41.31231&lon=-72.92162&layers=00B
The UC Berkeley Campus:

San Jose, CA http://cleanmap.poole.ch/?zoom=11&lat=37.36196&lon=-121.87482&layers=00B
Fort Wayne, IN (also campus)
http://cleanmap.poole.ch/?zoom=11&lat=41.07834&lon=-85.19604&layers=00B
...And Salt Lake City, UT - much work done here already, thanks for
the help http://cleanmap.poole.ch/?zoom=11&lat=40.66686&lon=-111.8566&layers=00B

Of course, you can also still try to contact mappers who haven't
accepted (yet), but time is short and there's a lot to be done if we
want to retain a decent map of these areas after Apr 1.

A remap-a-thon is called for, perhaps?

Best,
