[Talk-us] scanned USGS Topo Layer?

there is an image layer of scanned USGS quads available in the
various editors. is there someone who can speak to issues with it?

specifically, if i'm looking at a particular place, is there a way to
find out the dates for the quad, that is the date of the last update
from ground surveys and the date of the last update from aerial
photography?
