Disturbing blog post from Falcon UAV. FEMA has apparently blocked them from
drone flights over flooded areas. They were mapping inaccessible areas.
According to the article, FEMA hasn't provided their reasoning.

At the bottom of the article, Falcon UAV said they will provide imagery and
mapping service to affected communities.
