Hi. Sorry to be confusing. Yes, the blue parts are where the old TIGER mess
had already been corrected by 2006, so what was imported is still correct
as far as TIGER knows (although perhaps still not right in reality). The
magenta parts are where TIGER has changed since the import and are good
candidates for retracing.
However a lot of the magenta has been independently fixed in OSM. It would
be more useful to check the TIGER Battle Grid or the composite TIGER layer
in iD to see where major discrepancies remain. I'm not sure what
methodology Green Means Go uses so I hope Mike Migurski can clarify that.
