Just offering my unsolicited opinion....

>From the map, I would guess that this node is located near an old settlement, where the train station used to be, that has since been absorbed into the larger city nearby. 

>From other searching, it appears that the name is being applied to a nearby mobile home park nowadays.  Maybe move the node (or rather let someone local check and move the node) and reclassify it as neighborhood.
