[Talk-us] San Jose GIS data license

I was looking at the data awhile back especally the buildings and address
points that I would like to import or help import. I sent the generic
mapping contact listing an email explaining OSM and requesting permission
to use the data. But I never got a response. Maybe there is another person
we could contact for clarification. Sounds like a PDDL licence would allow
us to use the data. The data may already be public domain.
