Joe,
Thanks for letting us know about Dakota County's data. Ideally someone from
the area will step forward to use the data. A lot of us, in the US at
least, believe an import can help build a community. It's is important that
we have a community in place to help maintain the data once it's imported.
I don't know if we have an active OSM community in the area, but I believe
there is a Maptime Twin Cities, MaptimeMSP. I'll pass the information to
them.
