[Talk-us] finding city boundary info?

"Areas around Places" Tab
"Blythe, CA"
Select "boundary"
"Download"
Select any part of the boundary on the map (in this case it is a relation
with only one member)
In the "tags" dialog on the right of the JOSM screen it will list the way
as a member of the relation, click the relation and it will be selected.
