[Talk-us] finding city boundary info?

Mike -
It appears that you are telling me how to select the objects which are
part of the relation.
The east and north edge of the block shown below in red is not part of
the relation, but should be. I know that that red block is object #
383948. But does this show me where it is in openstreetmap's data? I am
not seeing any name associated with that object in the TIGEER data, nor
am I seeing any tiger tags associated with any of the lines near that
area in the openstreetmap data. So, how can I connect the two?
