[Talk-us] Washington, DC parks - boundary=national_park or not?

I don’t think any of these should be mapped as boundary=national_park. They
are standard large urban parks which happen to be administered by the
Federal gov since they are in DC, but otherwise are similar to big urban
parks in many other cities
