I agree with previous replies, the situation seems unambiguous to me with
tags:
access=private
operator=CompanyName

But that still leaves it up to the rederer to implement a list of operators
that the user is a member of, or prompt each time: "This route can be
improved if you have permission to use [CompanyName] private [buses]."

That would be a discussion/feature for each renderer. I looked through the
OsmAnd issue tracker and didn't see any open or closed issues on this topic.
