  Disclaimer: I'm not from Georgia, but I've found it awkward to edit 
around those areas.   In fact, Georgia used to be 'green' (see below), 
but I've noticed that those doing large scale review of eastern Georgia 
have ripped out most of those by now and it's mostly a normal color.
